Rich & Sherry Tiner love each other. They love the Lord. And they love great music. All of these loves are clearly evident when they bring their warm, heartfelt ministry of praise and worship to churches throughout the MidSouth. Through dynamic concerts, genuine worship, and compelling preaching, Rich & Sherry Tiner endeavor to bring their audiences into the presence of God with reverence, wonder, and delight.

Sherry Tiner is an artist in more than one sense of the word. For the ear, Sherry’s rich alto voice paints powerful and emotional images of worship, praise, and thanksgiving. She readily admits her desperate need for a loving, merciful God—and she readily expresses her gratitude that in her need, He is there. For the eye, Sherry’s remarkable talent as a graphics designer produces visual images that communicate God’s love and care. Her limited edition series “The Seasons” will be available in time for Christmas 2005. Sherry is a middle school art teacher in Wilson County.

Rich Tiner has spent a lifetime in media and ministry. A well-known radio personality, he formerly hosted the nationally syndicated radio program “Music City Sunday with Rich and Famous” with a different Christian artist co-host each week. He has also owned and managed a group of radio stations and served as Vice President for America’s largest Christian music radio network. In addition to his work in music and ministry, Rich is a professor of Media Studies at Belmont University and the play-by-play voice of Belmont Bruins baseball and women’s basketball.
